8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Coreherent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Coreherent during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We do not warrant that our Site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
